Fowler cannot wait to put on his golf clothing and get going

Peter Fowler cannot wait to put on his golf clothing in the upcoming 2011 Fiducian Legends Australian PGA Seniors Championship.

The ex-Australian Open champion has agreed to join the likes of Wayne Grady, Rodger Davis and Michael Clayton in the field for this competition, which will take place at the Killara Golf Club between October 24th and 29th.

And Fowler, who is currently enjoying a superb season on the European Seniors Tour, admits he is excited about the prospect of sporting his golf apparel down under.

"I am really looking forward to coming back and being a part of the Australian PGA Seniors Championship in such a big summer for Australian golf," he stated.

The veteran has managed to finish in the top ten in 11 of his 16 tournaments throughout this campaign and hopes to continue this impressive run in Sydney.

"My form has been really good this year," he added.
