Players heading out on a course during periods when the weather can be unpredictable may want to make sure they have golf waterproofs to hand in case the rain begins to fall.The Chapeau Noir Blog has noted many people have to get used to playing in wet conditions because they live in areas that are prone to downpours.
It explained taking to the fairways during spring can become something of an "art form", such is the likelihood that the weather turns grey at any given time.
Golf apparel that people may wish to consider include rain hoods, while similar products can be use by competitors to keep the contents of their bag dry.
"Play through rain or shine. That is, if it ever shines again," the source pointed out.
Earlier in the month, Golf.com columnist Woody Hochswender, citing figures from Golf Datatech, said the US golf apparel market appears to be going from strength to strength.
