Men enjoy technology within their golf apparel.

Male golfers tend to be more accepting of technology if it is incorporated into their golf apparel, it has been claimed.

Writing for Forbes, Taylor Buley notes that the world of golf apparel is changing.

Annmarie Dodd, fashion editor for the Association of Golf Manufacturers, told the source that men are more accepting of technology within golf clothing than "just about anywhere else".

"Once men understand the components, it's like shopping for stereos and cars - they kind of get hooked into it," she says.

She tells the source that for this summer, the big golf fashion trend that people will see on the courses is to do with golf polo shirts.

However, while such golf apparel might have "all the technical bells and whistles", she says, this will not be apparent to those looking at someone in such an item.
