As golfing grows in popularity as a pastime for women, there are many "unique and customised" golf accessories for women to choose from, it has been claimed.

Writing for Article Codex, Suzie Goldie says that golf apparel is "probably the one place where most women golfers might stand out and not share a commonality with their male counterparts".

She says that when looking for a gift for a female golfer, people should consider an item of golf apparel.

Women's golf shirts are a good present, which could be teamed with cropped golf trousers, she notes.

Ms Goldie also writes that in terms of golf accessories, golf shoes are "vastly important" to a game.

Women taking to the golf course may find that the colours in which golf apparel is made do not suit them, but Ms Goldie suggests that adding feminine coloured golf accessories could be a way around this.
