Poulter's golf fashion choices grab attention across the world.

British golf star Ian Poulter is well-known for some of the outlandish golf apparel he wears on the course, it has been claimed.

Fox Sports reports that Poulter sometimes wears golf fashion items that "would make Aaron Baddeley blush".

However, the website points out that Poulter is more than a golf clothes horse.

It states that his performances in previous tournaments - such as the Open Championship and the Ryder Cup at Valhalla - "mark him" as someone who could achieve great things in golf this year.

Fox Sports picks up on the way Poulter dealt with being a "controversial" choice of captain for the European Ryder Cup.

The site says that Poulter will "chase points" in the Race To Dubai, which could mean a purchase of a performance golf shirt is on the cards.

According to Golf365, his golf fashion choices on the course have attracted attention from Japanese golf fans.
