It’s okay to change your mind, we’ll refund unworn/unused items in full.

Returning a Glenmuir item is quick and simple.

Just make sure your item is:

  • Unworn/unused
  • In its original packaging and original condition
  • Sent back with completed delivery paperwork within 28 days of receipt

You can also choose to exchange for another Glenmuir, Sunderland or Macwet item, within 28 days of buying.

RETURNING UK ORDERS – STEP-BY-STEP

  1. If it’s unwanteddoesn’t fit or (in rare situations) faulty – please feel free to return your item to our Glenmuir HQ
  2. Fill out the returns or exchange form – found on the reverse of your invoice in your parcel
  3. Pack your item(s) and paperwork, peel and stick our address label (found on your invoice), use a delivery service which insures you for the value of the goods and send back to us to the below address
  4. A refund will be applied to the debit/credit card used to pay once we’ve processed it - you’ll receive an email to confirm your refund

Don’t worry, just include a note in your parcel with your order number and reason for exchange/refund and send

What delivery service should I use to return the parcel?
We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The responsibility and cost of returning your item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. Postage will only be refunded if there is an error on our part.

Sorry, personalised or made to order 100% cashmere products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective.
