Glenmuir Supports Darrens Schools League

Glenmuir, one of Europe’s leading golf apparel brands, is gearing up for a new season as a supporter of the Darren Clarke Schools Golf League in 2009. The Lanark, Scottish-based company is pleased to offer their new range of Kids clothing to schools throughout Northern Ireland this season at special rates.

Andy Bough, Glenmuir Marketing Director, said: “We are delighted to be supporting the Darren Clarke Schools Golf League as we fully endorse the need to encourage youngsters to take up the game – and continue to enjoy it into adulthood. We launched our first ever Golfing Kids range in 2008 as we regard the development of young golfers as critical to the future success of the game of golf. We are delighted to make our new range of clothing available to schools across Northern Ireland for 2009”

The league is open to girls of any age and to boys in year 4 or below, played in a singles format and in teams of 7, with schools from right across Northern Ireland welcome to participate.
