The sad and untimely death of Seve Ballesteros will be felt around the world by those who play and love the game of golf. Seve was a distinguished wearer of the Sunderland brand during his career and we are extremely proud to have known and worked with this extraordinary golfer. His positive impact on European Tour golf simply cannot be ignored and Glenmuir will always remember fondly the Ryder Cups in which we worked with him as Captain. He was a mercurial player, inspirational Ryder Cup captain and incredibly brave in the last few months of his life. He will be missed greatly and our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.
