This Bobble Hat is the best one that I have ever owned and its brilliant in every department. However, I am really disappointed with some other items that I have tried to purchase online with Glenmuir, on Saturday 2nd November 2024 I was going to buy a Sunderland Golf jacket and trousers plus Sunderland mittens at a total cost of £204, I was asked to put my email address in for a regular news letter from Glenmuir and I would get a 10% discount on my order but I have never been given a code to get my discount!! Therefore, I have not made the purchase until I get a code, can someone please address this issue. Thank you. James
