UK Next Day - Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Thu, 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the next working day
Europe, US & Rest of World - 2-4 working days

Orders with personalisation will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Will I have to pay duty and customs fees for orders outside the UK?

For overseas orders we will send your parcel via UPS Express. Any duty or taxes collected by UPS on behalf of your local customs agent are the customer's responsibility and Glenmuir have no control over these charges. Below are the order values at which duty or taxes become applicable. For e.g. all orders going to Australia below AUD$1,000 should attract no duty or tax. All orders going to the US below US$800 should attract no duty or tax.
