The factory shop will be open on Monday 5th May 2025 from 10am till 4pm.

Will you be sending out orders on Bank Holiday 5^th May 2025?

We will be getting your parcels picked and packed with love, however International Orders will only be picked up by our UPS carriers on Tuesday 6th May 2025 due to the Bank Holiday. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please note UK Orders (Royal Mail) are not affected.

UK Standard - FREE
UK Next Day - £7.50
Lanark Factory Shop Collection - FREE
Europe UPS Express - €30 + Duty & Taxes 10%
US UPS Express - US$40 + Duty & Taxes 80%
Rest of World UPS Express - US$40 + Duty & Taxes 10%

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK Standard - 1-3 working days
UK Next Day - Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Thu, 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the next working day
Europe, US & Rest of World - 2-4 working days

Orders with personalisation will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Please note we are unable to deliver to Hotels or Resorts outside the UK. This is due to delivery delays and issues with UPS. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Will I have to pay duty and customs fees for orders outside the UK?

For overseas orders we will send your parcel via UPS Express with all duty and taxes already paid. You will have no further charges to pay.
