Can I request a return or exchange?

Any unworn non-personalised product(s) in its original packaging and condition can be returned for a refund within 28 days of receipt. The refund will be applied to the card or PayPal account used to pay - you’ll receive an email to confirm your refund.

For UK orders we are able to exchange unworn non-personalised items for the same product in a different size or colour. For non-UK orders we are unable to exchange due to customs issues. If you would like a different product style please return your item for a refund and reorder.

How can I make a return?

Complete the form on the reverse of your invoice sent with your parcel. Pack your item(s) along with the invoice and send back to: Returns
