Do you have an extended Christmas returns period?
Any unused non-personalised product(s) in its original packaging purchased over the Christmas period can be refunded through to 31st January 2021.
Can I request a return or exchange?
Any unworn non-personalised product(s) in its original packaging can be returned for a refund within 28 days of receipt. The refund will be applied to the card or PayPal account used to pay - you’ll receive an email to confirm your refund.
Due to increased demand we are unable to accept any exchanges at this time. If you would like an exchange please return your item for a refund and reorder.
How can I make a return?
Complete the form on the reverse of your invoice sent with your parcel. Pack your item(s) along with the invoice and send back to (you may wish to use the peelable address label on your invoice):
