Both the customer service and product were absolutely superb. I rang Glenmuir’s Customer Service one day with a few queries, ordered the item and then received the personalised item the following day - outstanding service. The total quality of the item was exemplary and exceeded my expectations and the personalisation of it made the item extra special as a gift - I was delighted with it. The fabric was hard wearing and the navy colour made it look very classy on the outside and the tartan lining added a lovely Scottish touch. The zip action to open and close the washbag was very smooth which added further to the overall high standard of presentation. Glenmuir was a joy to deal with and the product was absolutely perfect and I would not hesitate to order more (especially ideal as personalised gifts) and I can highly recommend Glenmuir.
