How long will my order take to arrive?

UK Standard - 1-3 working days
UK Next Day - Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Thu, 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the next working day
Europe, US & Rest of World - 2-4 working days

Orders with personalisation will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Please note we are unable to deliver to Hotels or Resorts outside the UK. This is due to delivery delays and issues with UPS. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Will I have to pay duty and customs fees for orders outside of the UK?

For overseas orders we will send your parcel via UPS Express with all duty and taxes already paid. You will have no further charges to pay.
