Do you have an extended Christmas returns period?
Any unused non-personalised product(s) in its original packaging purchased over the Christmas Period (from 1st October 2024 - 1st January 2025) can be refunded through to 31st January 2025.
Can I return a product?
Any unworn non-personalised product(s) in its original packaging and condition can be returned for a refund within 28 days of receipt.
Can I exchange a product?
We apologise we are unable to offer exchanges. You are more than welcome to return your item for a refund and place a new order. If you used a promotional code on your original order you are welcome to use it again. If you cannot remember it, simply email us after placing your new order with your original order number and we will apply the original offer.
How quickly can I expect to receive a refund?
The refund will be applied to the card or PayPal account used to pay within 24 hours of receiving back the item. You'll receive an email to confirm your refund.
I need to return an item bought from a pro shop
Please get in touch with the pro shop or retail shop where you originally purchased the item from to discuss their returns process. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or process refunds for items not purchase on our website.
