The shirt was 100% polyester, not cotton as I had thought. It’s nicely stitched although possibly a little on the large side. I am 6-feet and 14 stones, of medium built, so I think a medium would have fitted better. Bear in mind, too, that polyester doesn’t ‘hold the body shape’ as well as cotton.
Sadly the George cross faded after one wash not a Glenmuir standard
