The 27-year-old, who claimed his second career victory on the European Tour at the Lyoness Open in June, will be looking to build on his solid start to the Ryder Cup qualification period following a fourth-place finish at the ISPS Handa Wales Open two weeks ago.

Luiten came close to lifting the KLM Open title at Kennemer in 2007, but missed out by a single shot to Englishman Ross Fisher.

"If I take my form to the course I know I can do well. It is a great old fashioned golf course and it is going to be in great condition," Luiten told European Tour.com.

Fisher will also return to the course that gave him his first victory on the European Tour.

"I'm excited to go back as a former champion and it will be interesting to see if the course has changed at all and hopefully we will get four days of good weather like with did in 2007," he said.
