Spanish golfer Miguel Angel Jimenez sadly won't be pulling on his golf clothing a for several months after suffering an injury while skiing over the festive period.
The 48-year-old broke his leg while skiing in the Sierrra Nevada mountains and had to undergo an operation in nearby Malaga.
His injuries mean that the golfer will be off the course for at least three months.
"I was going down a hill and lost control briefly and when I fell it was very sore," Jimenez told the Tour's website. "I knew immediately I had broken something."
The accident comes just a month after Jimenez was named the oldest European Tour winner when he came out on top at the UBS Hong Kong Open.
The win marked his 19th European Tour title.
"I was playing very well at the end of the season so it is obviously not a good time for me to get injured," he added.
"When I took up skiing I knew the risks that I was taking but I love it so much I could not stop."
