Leading golf apparel brand Glenmuir will be the official clothing sponsor for the 2010 Single Figure Golfer Challenge Cup Final.
Single Figure Golfer (SFG) is unique community open to amateur golfers with a handicap of nine or less.
Players compete on the SFG Challenge Tour to earn points for a place on the prestigious Team SFG - captained by Peter McEvoy OBE - which plays annually for the SFG Challenge Cup against star professionals, including former Ryder Cup and Solheim Cup players.
This year's SFG Challenge Cup Final will be played at Trevose Golf Club on October 18-20 and both the amateurs and Pros will do battle wearing clothing from Glenmuir's brand new Autumn/Winter 2010 collection.

As well as clothing the amateur and Pro teams in the Challenge Cup Final, Glenmuir is also setting up an exclusive shopping area on its website www.glenmuir.com so golfers can buy SFG branded clothing.

A preferred supplier to The European Ryder Cup Team for 23 years, Lanark-based Glenmuir will be Lead Vendor in the Ryder Cup Merchandise Pavilion at Celtic Manor later this year and be present in the Open Championship merchandise tent in its capacity as an official licensee of The Open branded merchandise.
