The 33rd Ryder Cup Matches were held 24th-26th September 1999 at The Country Club in Brookline, Massachusetts, a suburb southwest of Boston.

Glenmuir worked with European Ryder Cup Captain Mark James in designing and supplying the European Ryder Cup Shirts and Sweaters.

US MAKE LARGEST COME BACK VICTORY IN RYDER CUP HISTORY

The US Ryder Cup Team won with 14½ points to 13½. The European Team, leading 10–6 heading into the final round, needed only 4 points on the final day to retain the Ryder Cup. But the US Team rallied on Sunday, winning the first 6 matches of the day to surge into the lead.

The European Ryder Cup Team wore Glenmuir Brookline Ryder Cup Golf Shirts and Cashmere Golf Sweaters.
