I recently purchased the women's crew neck pullover, with personalised script on one sleeve, size M. The pullover has proved too small. My wife has similar pullovers all size M, which all fit fine. I am therefore assuming that the pullover is a slim fit, which we did not expect. We do not shop on line very often, preferring to try on clothes before purchasing. I suppose that is the risk of on line shopping, when we cannot locate Glenmuir products locally. We requested an exchange, but this was denied as, disappointingly, Glenmuir's policy is not to offer this, if the item has been personalised. The logo we chose is fairly generic and we thought could be resold. We are now faced with having an expensive article which will probably lie unused. Can't think of any reason why we would shop online with Glenmuir again.
I bought two of these sweaters last year and they both have holes in the elbows. I am retired and they didn’t get much wear. Very disappointing.
There is a pucker in the seam in the sleeve/shoulder area and on the inside there is a piece of black wool showing through. For £95 I thought it should have had a better quality check before going on sake

A good basic lambswool sweater,good quality and excellent colour.
Have purchased lambs wool Glenmuir jumpers in the past. Always washes well and retains shape. Varied colour selection . A comfortable fit and can be worn both on the golf course and off.
I ordered two sweaters for colour selection. Both were great but as I didn't need two pink ones I sent one back.
