I got the polo shirt personalised but unfortunately it was on the chest instead of the sleeve. The only options I was given was to get 20% off, or to return the item (which would be of no use to anyone) and reorder. Either way I was disadvantaged through no fault of mine. It makes no sense to lose a customer over this.
As usual everything worked perfect when ordering from Glenmuir. The size was perfect as I know the product from earlier purchase, and the fabric and quality was in accordance to description and expectations. The delivery to Norway was quick and without problems. So all in all everything perfect!!

Quality good... pity it has to be 100% polyester! But for sweaty me in the hot humid sun, cotton doesn't cut it sadly. Durabilty will be good. Fit slightly larger to size than other suppliers but that suits me. Like the longer short sleeves. Would have liked your logo on right sleeve to be in say white... not hiding!
