Can I request a return or exchange?

Any unworn/unused item(s) in its original packaging and condition can be returned for a refund within 28 days of receipt. The refund will be applied to the card or PayPal account used to pay - you’ll receive an email to confirm your refund.

We are able to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or colour. 

Personalised or Ryder Cup items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.

Do you have an extended Christmas returns period?

Over the Christmas period, purchases can be refunded through 31st January 2019.

How can I make a return or exchange?

Complete the form on the reverse of your invoice sent with your parcel. Pack your item(s) along with the invoice and send back to (you may wish to use the peelable address label on your invoice): Returns

I’ve lost my original invoice - what do I do?

Please provide a note with your order number and the reason for the return. If you want to make an exchange, ensure you let us know which colour and size you would like instead.
