Any unused non-personalised product(s) in its original packaging purchased over the Christmas period can be refunded through to 31st January 2020.
Can I request a return or exchange?
We are able to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or colour. If you would like a different product style please return your item for a refund and re-order.
How can I make a return or exchange?
Complete the form on the reverse of your invoice sent with your parcel. Pack your item(s) along with the invoice and send back to (you may wish to use the peelable address label on your invoice):
We recommend using a delivery service which insures you for the value of the goods.

I’ve lost my original invoice - what do I do?
Please provide a note with your order number and the reason for the return. If you want to make an exchange, ensure you let us know which colour and size you would like instead.
