The 131st Amateur Championship comes to Royal Liverpool and West Lancashire from 15 to 20 June 2026, with 288 players from 41 countries chasing exemptions into The Open, The Masters and the US Open. This is the championship’s record 19th staging at Hoylake. The word “amateur” is the smallest word on the trophy.
