Orders will be collected the next non-strike day.

  • UK Standard - 20 December 2022 Midday
  • UK Next Day - 22 December 2022 Midday
  • Europe, US & Rest of the World - 16 December 2022 Midday

No orders will be dispatched between 23 December 2022 - 3 January 2023


How much is delivery?

  • UK Standard - FREE
  • UK Next Day - £7.50 - Order before 2pm Mon-Thu, 11am on Friday
  • Lanark Factory Shop Collection - FREE
  • Europe UPS Express - €30 inc. any duty
  • US UPS Express - FREE for orders over US$300 or US$40 inc. any duty
  • Rest of World UPS Express - US$40 inc. any duty
How long will my order take to arrive?
  • UK Standard - 1-3 working days 
  • UK Next Day - Orders placed before 2pm Mon-Thu, 11am on Friday will be delivered on the next working day
  • Europe, US & Rest of World - 2-4 working days
Orders with personalisation will be dispatched within 2 working days.


Will I have to pay duty and customs fees?

We send will send your parcel via UPS Express as Duty Paid (Free Domicile). Any additional charges levied by customs in your country are the customer's responsibility. Unfortunately, Glenmuir has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amounts charged.
