GLENMUIR GO GREEN (AND LILAC) IN BRAND NEW SPRING SUMMER 2023 COLLECTION
Scotland, June 2022: Glenmuir, whose purpose is to craft the world’s most loved golf clothing, launches its Spring Summer 2023 collection (SS23) with on trend colours Amethyst and Marine Green as well as classic colours Tahiti and Candy. The focus remains strongly on sustainable performance fabrics as well as luxurious but sustainable natural fibres combined with contemporary styling and an emphasis on brand new prints.
LUXURY MERCERISED COTTON SHIRTS SIMPLY MADE BETTER
Glenmuir’s Luxury mercerised cotton golf shirts are made from the finest combed cotton yarn and fabric resulting in a lustrous silk like handle, luxurious drape and enhanced colour retention. New for SS23 this collection has been injected with some beautiful and vibrant new styles, g.Erskine is a sophisticated jacquard hound’s-tooth double mercerised polo shirt available in three different colour combinations. g.Orkney is a double mercerised birdseye polo shirt with small diamonds and coordinated tipping detail whilst g.Letham sports two new colourways Amethyst/White and Marine Green/White for the double mercerised all over stripe option.
SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE SHIRTS BUILT TO LAST
Superior performance golf shirts are made from active fabric which is highly functional with moisture wicking technology delivering breathability, +40 UV protection, thermoregulation and enhanced freedom of movement. An all over thistle design as well as a tartan print option are available in the style g.Crawford, whilst White/Amethyst, White/Garnet and Marine Green/White are a vibrant addition to the micro stripe style g.Torrance. Providing intricate print options of golf tees or a subtle ‘G’ repeat micro pattern are two new styles g.Pitlochry and g.Irvine, these are both presented in three different colour options. Meanwhile; g.Cleland is a simply stylish performance polo with a clean stripe flash across the chest. Tahiti/Navy adds a new colour option for g.Brody, Glenmuir’s jacquard camo patterned polo shirt. For Ladies’ the favourite classic performance polo shirt g.Paloma sees the addition of Amethyst and Marine Green, these colours are also available in the men’s complimentary style g.Deacon making it the perfect option for teamwear. New performance pique styles in the ladies’ golf shirt collection are g.Deborah providing a touch of sparkle with rhinestone buttons and lurex tipping against a ribbed collar and cuff, whilst g.Teri has flattering sporty side panels with a tipped ribbed birdseye collar and cuff, perfect for outfitting with the g.Alma skort or g.Phoebe pedal pushers! A beautiful ditsy floral print and an elegantly coloured Prince of Wales check can be acquired in the new sleeveless style g.Frankie as well as our favourite printed short sleeve polo shirt g.Amelia.
COMBED COTTON KNITWEAR WITH EXPERTISE IN EACH PIECE
Brand new for SS23 are men’s cotton golf sweater styles g.Elgin, g.Bachory and g.Tobermory made from 100% pure combed premium cotton from renewable sources. g.Tobermory has the option of a camo or houndstooth pattern on the front body panel, whilst g.Elgin and g.Bachory are sporty designs combining bold colours, sleeve stripes and textured knits. An additional Tahiti colourway has been added to the classic honeycomb style g.Eton. G.Janis and g.Molly are fabulous new ladies’ golf sweater styles. g.Janis is an animal printed zip neck sweater whilst g.Molly is designed with an elegant pointelle stitch on the front body with tipping detail incorporating fine and sparkling Lurex . g.April is a new full length zipped sweater tiny embroidered stars and coordinated tipping detail.
PREMIUM PERFORMANCE MIDLAYERS NO MATTER THE CONDITION
The men’s golf midlayer collection has extremely exciting new offerings with the injection of new colours as well as prints! g.Wick not only has the addition of Marine Green/White but has a Light Grey/Navy houndstooth design which is sophisticated and stylish, whilst the Light Grey Camo/Black addition is cool and contemporary. The g.Crail midlayer sees the addition of Tahiti/White, whilst the g.Elrick Storm Bloc jacket has also acquired a sleek houndstooth option. For Ladies’ the g.Carina mildayer has an Amethyst/White animal print option as well as a White/Candy animal print. Meanwhile in ladies’ golf jackets the soft touch, weather resilient g.Poppy incorporates the Prince of Wales check beautifully into the side panels of a light grey marl bodied jacket.
UPGRADE YOUR SHORT (AND LONG) GAME
In our ladies’ golf trousers and skorts the g.Phoebe pedal pusher and g.Alma skort have the addition of Amethyst and a White/Light Grey/Candy check option, the new colourways are mirrored in the g.Lexi visor completing the perfect wardrobe for outfitting with plain or patterned performance shirts. The g.Kaley trousers are available in an elegant classic Light Grey and White check, all of Glenmuir’s trousers have a supremely flattering fit whilst providing incredible comfort and freedom of movement.
