Buying for a friend and it was being collected by a third party, so was a bit complicated but everything went smoorthly and office replied very quickly and helpfully. Excellent all round.

Everything was straightforward apart from ordering wrong size. I had no problems returning item and reordered a larger size. Goods arrived following day, although I don’t see my refund to my card for the returned item yet.

All good, except the shorts were quite creased on arrival.

Website easy to use.Have used the personalisation service twice and was happy with it -it’s fun. Delivery speed is exemplary - 2 days at most. Other firms could do well to copy Glenmuir’s high standard of packaging. Good quality, expensive goods deserve to be well packed - not pushed into polythene mail bags.

Can’t complain about the service, easy returns and quick refund.
